BASIC TURNOVER CLEANING

 

EXTERIOR:

- Wipe and clean any outdoor furniture.

- Remove cobwebs on light fixtures-entryway.

- Pick up any noticeable trash, butts etc.

- Sweep patio-porches-decks-welcome mat.

- Wipe down grills

IN EVERY ROOM:

- Clean doors, hinges and frames

- Clean baseboards and trim

- Clean light fixtures, ceiling fans(blades)

- Clean wall registers-vents

 

KITCHEN:

- Remove cobwebs-dust all horizontal surfaces

- Clean table/wipe down chairs

- Wipe down all countertops & backsplashes

- Clean sink/remove any food or debris from drain

- Clean inside/outside the microwave

​- Clean inside/outside all cabinets/drawers and hardware

-Inspect/tidy items in drawers, cabinets and shelves.

- Clean inside/outside of oven

- Clean inside/outside fridge/freezer- discard food.

- Clean outside of all small appliances (coffee maker, toast oven etc.)

- Polish ALL stainless steel

- Spot clean applicable drawers-cupboards-handles

- Wash dishes-clean exterior of dishwashers

- Empty and clean outside trash can-reline

- Spot clean applicable windows- dust window ledges

- Clean floors (vacuum-sweep-mop)

BATHROOM:

- Remove cobwebs-dust horizontal surfaces (shelving, pictures, décor, etc.)

- Clean-sanitize toilets.

- Clean-sanitize sink and backsplash

- Clean doors, hinges and frames

- Clean baseboards and trim

- Clean light fixtures, ceiling fans(blades)

- Clean wall registers-vents

- Clean-sanitize shower/tubs

- Clean faucets-remove hard water/spots

- Clean all mirrors and glass

- Wipe- Spot clean all cabinets, drawers, vanities etc

- Empty- clean outside trash can- reline.

- Clean floors. vacuum-sweep-mop

*Move small area rugs- edge under large ones*

BEDROOMS/LIVING ROOM/ OTHER: 

- Remove cobwebs-dust all surfaces.

- Spot clean applicable windows- dust window ledges.

- Dust-polish all furniture and stands.

- Sanitize-dust electronics (tv, remotes, computers game consoles etc)

- Remove -replace linens.

- Vacuum-check for hair etc. on furniture.

- Empty and clean outside of the trash can-reline.

- Organize -tidy items (magazines, blankets, curtains, area rugs etc.)

- Clean floors. Vacuum -sweep-mop
